About The Position

This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) focused on maintaining the grounds of Overlook Pointe. The role involves ensuring the grounds are free of trash, cleaning and sweeping, and handling trash-outs of units. The employee is expected to support the organization's mission and values through behaviors such as excellence, collaboration, innovation, respect, personalization, commitment to the community, and accountability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Less than 1 year of experience
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s & 100s
• Ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions with common sense understanding.
• Ability to deal with problems that involve few variables in standardized situations.
• Beginner computer skills.
• Fair Housing training

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash on grounds
• Clean out hallways
• Snow Removal
• Trash-outs of vacated units including but not limited to removal of debris, furniture, and appliances, painting and minor repair work.
• Other duties as assigned
