About The Position
Senske Services is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team. This role involves manual labor, landscaping, site maintenance, and general operational support at our worksites. You will be responsible for tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and snow removal, potentially using hand tools, power tools, and various equipment. Our technicians also provide customers with product and service information onsite, requiring strong communication skills. While experience is valued, we provide comprehensive training and support from experienced colleagues and leadership to ensure your success. Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded).
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle).
- Committed to safety and the use of all the proper PPE the job requires.
- Friendly and dedicated to great customer service.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, work independently, and as part of a crew.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to understand and meet customer needs.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks.
