Part-time Grounds Maintenance/Forklift Driver

JOB SUMMARY Perform a variety of maintenance and groundskeeping duties. This position requires heavy physical labor, operation of equipment such as forklifts, and general upkeep of facilities and outdoor areas.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor equipment repair
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge repairing industrial sewing machine equipment
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting (50+lbs) as required
- Conduct ground maintenance including shoveling, sweeping, raking, and debris removal
- Remove trash and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Operate forklift and other basic machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform minor equipment repairs and routine maintenance
- Assist with general facility upkeep and building maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
