About The Position
Are you looking to be part of a great Maintenance Team? Otterbein is looking to add a dedicated and motivated Groundskeeper to our team! Candidates with experience and a willingness to be part of a great team are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and be insurable
- Lawn care and landscaping experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, small-engine maintenance/repair preferred.
- Experience in maintenance department and prior experience in a health care facility preferred.
Responsibilities
- Mows lawn using hand, power or riding lawnmower.
- Trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls
- Hand weed gardens and spread mulch.
- Trim shrubs and low hanging branches.
- Water plants and grass as needed.
- Clean outside patio furniture as directed.
- Assist with set up and tear down of tents, etc. for outdoor activities.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
