About The Position

EMR is seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Associate to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas across EMR locations in Camden, New Jersey. The role involves outdoor, physically demanding work and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay is $15.92 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform tasks independently and in a team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work and outdoor conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove litter and debris from sidewalks, street gutters, and alleyways.
• Remove graffiti and unwanted posters from light posts, trashcans, and fences on EMR properties.
• Perform weed abatement at EMR properties.
• Report broken infrastructure and graffiti on private properties to the appropriate parties.
• Submit daily written reports detailing completed tasks and accomplishments.
