About The Position
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Grounds Keeper for our Heritage Townhomes located in Lithonia, GA. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements
- Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
- Ability to use time efficiently.
