Requirements

• All employees of Touchmark are required to possess a clear Edmonton Police Service Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check prior to beginning employment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous landscaping experience is a significant asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat, orderly and manicured appearance of the grounds, entrance, ravine, access walkways which includes trees, shrubs, beds and lawn;
• Ensure water features are clean of debris and fully functioning;
• All work to be completed in a professional manner;
• All safety precautions are taken to ensure a safe work environment;
• Report and communicate any serious problems encountered to the Maintenance Manager for immediate action;
• Perform multiple tasks in a timely fashion;
• Maintain a work log and communicate daily to the Maintenance Manager ongoing tasks and duties;
• Work closely with the Landscaping staff at Touchmark, communicating regularly, coordinating schedules, and provide coaching or training as necessary
• Work in conjunction with the contracted landscaping company on-site.
