About The Position

The Grounds Keeper’s primary objective is to keep our feed manufacturing facilities functionally and aesthetically sound. This role is important to the success our business due to our facilities being the first thing a customer or guest sees when they arrive. This role requires someone with a positive attitude, and someone who is willing to work outside in all-weather elements. You are happy to work 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday – Friday, weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have no fear of confined space
• Willing to work outside in all-weather elements
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
• Fundamental to be able to climb ladders and not be afraid of heights

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience
• 1-2 years’ manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

• Sweeping and housekeeping (indoor and outdoor)
• Mowing and landscaping
• Properly disposing of flush
• Assisting in cleaning grain bins
• Assisting the maintenance team (if needed)
