About The Position

Reinhart Landscaping & Snow is seeking motivated and dependable grounds crew members to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, are not afraid of physical labor, and possess a positive attitude. The company offers on-the-job training and a supportive crew environment. This position involves various groundskeeping tasks throughout the spring, summer, and fall, as well as snow removal in the winter. The company emphasizes effort, attitude, and teamwork.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Must be able to obtain a DOT physical for driving company trucks.
Willingness to work hard and learn new skills.
Reliability and punctuality.
Positive and respectful attitude with a "can-do" approach.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Physical ability to lift 15-80 pounds.
Availability Monday-Friday between 6 AM and 6 PM, with some Saturdays required.
Open availability for snow removal when snow occurs.
Interest in commercial lawn care, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing with industry-standard equipment.

Responsibilities

Mowing lawns, trimming edges, blowing off sidewalks, pruning bushes, and pulling weeds to maintain customer yards.
Assisting with spring, summer, and fall cleanups.
Performing snow removal in the winter with open availability when snow occurs.
Providing friendly and respectful service to customers.
Maintaining cleanliness and good condition of company trucks and tools.
Presenting a professional appearance on the job with a clean uniform and good attitude.
Assisting with equipment repair (training provided).
Keeping job sites clean and organized.
Collaborating with the team to complete projects from start to finish.
Contributing wherever needed to support the team's efforts.
