Requirements
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs
- comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs
- valid NC driver’s license & reliable transportation
- pass background check & drug screen
- Ability to physical handle up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift.
- Reliable transportation and a valid NC Driver’s License.
- Strong work ethic and readiness to complete a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Maintain campus appearance by removing trash/debris, mowing, edging, and power washing.
- Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and vehicles as a key Grounds Crew Member and Landscape Maintenance Specialist.
- Handle leaf removal, gutter cleaning, and snow clearing so you have steady work year-round.
- Assist with dorm flips, furniture delivery, and replacing broken furniture across campus.
