About The Position

Racine Country Club is seeking dependable individuals to join our Seasonal Grounds Crew through November. This part-time position is ideal for those who enjoy being outdoors, staying active, working with a team, and prefer consistent morning hours. The role requires a minimum of 16 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on availability and course needs. The grounds crew is responsible for maintaining the beauty and playability of the golf course for members and guests.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Looking for part-time morning work with a minimum of 16 hours per week.
• Can reliably work early morning hours, with shifts generally beginning at 6:00 AM.
• Enjoy working outdoors and staying active.
• Dependable, punctual, and take pride in doing a good job.
• Can perform physical tasks such as bending, walking, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a friendly team.

Nice To Haves

• Have landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and trimming fairways, greens, roughs, and tee boxes.
• Operating a variety of groundskeeping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.
• Raking bunkers and repairing divots.
• Helping prepare the golf course for tournaments and special events.
• Keeping the course clean, neat, and presentable.
• Following all safety procedures and working as part of a team.
