About The Position
Wood is hiring a Grounding Technician for the Pronghorn Resources project along the Powder River near Interstate 90, in the vicinity of Gillette, Wyoming. Applicants from Sheridan, Casper, Buffalo, Gillette, Wright, and Kaycee, Wyoming, are preferred but not required. Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship from Wood.
Requirements
- Comfort with the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office.
- Authorization to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship from Wood.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of electrical grounding and bonding is preferred.
- Applicants from Sheridan, Casper, Buffalo, Gillette, Wright, and Kaycee, Wyoming, are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Test field equipment grounding systems and make repairs as needed.
- Repair grounding systems as needed, including adding grounding clamps, rods, and bonding jumpers.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain safety data.
