About The Position
This position is responsible for supporting the Impact Arbor team in delivering safe, high-quality tree care services. This work includes, but is not limited to, performing tree care and maintenance services, including pruning, trimming, and removal of trees.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of tree care practices and a willingness to learn arboriculture techniques
- Commitment to demonstrate high-quality workmanship, efficient production, and exceed safety requirements
- Motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and other specialized equipment
- Assist climbers by managing ropes and rigging during tree work
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Follow established safe operating procedures during all arboricultural activities
