Requirements

High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
Only be required to have and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record, if the individual is expected to be able to drive a company vehicle or drive on company business.
Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be a requirement.

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing maintenance services for holding lot and facilities to ensure a safe, clean and environmentally friendly working environmental for all personnel and authorized participants. Individual must be able to perform with minimum supervision.
Maintain daily cleanliness (e.g. sweep and mop floors, empty trash and clean surfaces) of all facilities, including: Primary and secondary building structures at holding lot, Holding lot restrooms (clean, service and disinfect), Driver rest area and offices, Holding lot parking / queuing / circulation areas
Maintain grounds, including: Clearing snow, Trimming shrubbery and grass, Sanding or salting, as necessary during inclement weather
Identify minor facility repairs including fixture / bulb replacements
Advise Supervisor of any facility maintenance and safety related issues
Occasionally perform cleaning and maintenance services at Terminal booth areas
Courteously assist fellow workers and customers
Complete other duties as assigned
