About The Position
Franklin Cove Apartments is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Groundskeeper to help maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming community for our residents and guests. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, maintenance, or related experience, a strong work ethic, and pride in maintaining excellent curb appeal.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall appearance and curb appeal of the property.
- Clean and maintain laundry rooms, clubhouse/leasing office, maintenance shop, and dumpster areas.
- Perform daily trash and debris removal throughout the community, including parking lots and common areas.
- Assist with lawn care and landscaping efforts to keep the property looking its best.
- Monitor the community for cleanliness and address issues promptly.
- Support the site team with additional duties as assigned.
