You will provide direct support to the chief engineer and manage the Booz Allen engineering team supporting the program office. Requirements

7+ years of experience with architecting, implementing or integrating ground system components, such as satellite command and control, data processing, communications, or mission planning systems
7+ years of experience in software development using programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks, including C++ or Python
2+ years of experience with program reviews, such as SRR, SDR, SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, or TRR
2+ years of experience developing or evaluating software design documentation, interface documentation, technical reports, and integration procedures for operational use and future development
Experience with integration tests, system-level tests, troubleshooting, and debugging to verify software functionality and system interoperability
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Ability to work proactively with cross-functional teams, including systems engineering, cybersecurity, and operations, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with mission goals
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field

Nice To Haves

Experience with Java, Python, C#, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal
Knowledge of software development standards such as DO-178C
Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
Top Secret clearance
