About The Position

The ideal candidate will contribute to a Creekstone Proud culture through both word and action while adhering to safe working procedures as they assist with the Ground Beef production processes. This role involves operating machinery, ensuring sanitation and safety standards, packaging and labeling finished products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Stand entire shift on concrete and/or elevated platform
• Gripping, grasping and lifting or pushing up to 90 pounds is required.
• Tolerate repetitive motion using your hands/wrist/arm/torso and legs
• Must be willing to work in an environment that produces finished food products
• Must be able to withstand a cold environment while not moving consistently
• Climbing occasionally
• Stooping occasionally
• Crouching occasionally
• Standing for 8 or more hours per day
• Talking
• Hearing
• Walking frequently

Responsibilities

• Operating grinders, packaging/boxing machines and/or other machines
• Complying to all sanitation, safety and cleanliness good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
• Boxing and/or stacking boxes of finished product, including correct labeling
• Contributing to a clean and safe work environment and other general housekeeping
