About The Position
St. Gerard House's Grotto Program is a leading provider of high-quality behavioral health and ABA services. We are committed to supporting our clients, families, and staff through compassionate care, evidence-based practices, and efficient operations. We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, facility management, compliance, and administrative support. This role ensures that clinical teams have the resources and systems needed to provide exceptional care.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of operational supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professionalism, ethical practice, and high-quality client care
- Willingness to obtain RBT, QBS Safety-Care, CPR, and other required certifications (training provided and paid by the organization)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings preferred
Responsibilities
