About The Position
Seasonal position responsible for operating grooming equipment in a safe and efficient manner to prepare, pack, and rebuild trails in order to provide consistent quality surfaces for guests. This position is located at Snow Valley in Running Springs.
Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Verifiable experience in winter slope maintenance with a desire to operate snow grooming equipment
- Ability to pass the Company’s training to operate equipment
- Able to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as record data accurately and in a timely fashion
- Ability to display a calm and collective demeanor during challenging operations
- Must have a valid California driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Able to work flexible including second and third shifts, as well as weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation
