About The Position

Seeking a motivated and reliable Groom to join a growing hunter/jumper program consisting primarily of jumpers, along with a handful of hunters. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. This is a winter season position, with the possibility of transitioning into a year-round role for the right candidate.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous grooming or horse care experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to train a less experienced candidate who is eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily grooming and general horse care.
• Assist with feeding, turnout, tacking up, and untacking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barn and equipment.
• Assist with general barn duties and horse management.
• Work collaboratively with the existing team to ensure the horses receive excellent care.
