About The Position

Goodness Me! is hiring a full-time Grocery Team Member for their Brantford store location. This role involves greeting customers, assisting them in locating items, and making appropriate suggestions or recommendations. The position requires maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge, ensuring store conditions meet established standards, managing stock levels through replacement and rotation, assisting with merchandise display and inventory management, participating in store maintenance, and receiving/processing warehouse stock. A key responsibility includes manually loading and unloading materials.

Requirements

Great communication skills
Strong focus on customer satisfaction
The ability to lift, move or maneuver objects up to 25 lbs
The ability to stand for extended periods; up to 8 hours per shift
Flexibility in availability, including, working evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts

Responsibilities

Greeting customers
Offering help in locating items
Making suggestions or recommendations
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards
Replace used stock, rotate current stock, and ensure satisfactory inventory levels
Assist with display of merchandise
Assist with inventory management
Participate in all manner of store maintenance
Receive and process warehouse stock products
Manually load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, and lifting devices
