It means giving back to our community and creating a great place to work. Our overnight Team Members ensure the Co-op will WOW our customers the minute we open! They work across all departments. Food prep and packing, stocking, special projects and cleaning are some of the Team Member tasks. Working at the Co-op is a great opportunity to learn and grow professionally while participating in building our community and supporting the local economy. You’ll know you’re doing a great job when production goals and store conditioning standards met and exceeded. If you love to work hard and are self directing we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8 or more hours
• Self-motivated, organized, responsible, flexible
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, knee, squat, twist, reach throughout the shift
• Regular, predictable attendance
• Willingness and ability to grow to meet the changing requirements of the job
• Weekend, evening and some holidays availability

Benefits

• 10% SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL for every hour worked during shifts that include 12am-4am
