Gordon Food Service is looking for a Grocery Team Leader (Key Holder) who is on their way to increased responsibility and future growth into leadership. This is a great opportunity for someone that has a passion for customer service, is detail-oriented for stocking and inventory management, and is skilled in operating point of sale and maintaining Store conditions. As part of the leadership team, you will make an impact by opening and closing the store, helping to complete daily store operations and tasks, assisting in unloading merchandise, organizing merchandise, and transferring merchandise from the stockroom to the store. You will also be responsible for maintaining merchandise, including product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, and ensuring product quality. Providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, problem-solving, and building sales are key. You will also handle cash, make bank deposits, get change for cashiers, and set and count down registers. Additionally, you will help build and train the team by developing leadership skills while aiding in supervising sales associates in the performance of their assigned duties.
