Lead, coach, and support an overnight team made up of employees of all abilities, ensuring everyone has the skills they need to succeed. Manage all core warehouse operations, including receiving, replenishment, picking, staging, and outbound loading. Oversee employee scheduling, adjust staffing based on call-outs, and ensure coverage across all warehouse functions. Manage and track employees’ nightly case KPIs, provide coaching when targets aren’t met, and communicate key performance updates to leadership. Interview, hire, and train new team members, including facilitating a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience. Handle employee relations matters professionally and escalate issues to HR when appropriate. Maintain full compliance with food safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies while ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift. Step in as a stocker, custodian, or general warehouse associate when the team needs an extra set of hands.
