About The Position

This is a part-time night position with 24-32 hours per week. The pay is $16 per hour with an additional $1 night premium, totaling $17 per hour. Open availability, including weekends, is required. The primary workdays will be Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Training will be provided on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for two weeks, with hours from 8 pm to 4 am. The role involves stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating product in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position interacts with store personnel and may participate in service projects. Travel within a defined territory is required.

High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to use personal mobile device
Proficient writing and communication skills

Ability to travel to stores within a set territory
Ability to learn and continuously improve

Responsibilities

The ability and willingness to travel to stores within a set territory
Merchandising, stocking, and maintaining product displays (Both grocery and hardlines)
Resetting and building displays with the use of planograms and other instructional materials
Rotating date sensitive product on the shelf and in the backroom
Transporting product between the sales floor and the backroom
Safely using store equipment
Using electronic devices for communication, work instructions, and other reporting activities
Building relationships with teammates, store personnel, and customers
