About The Position

The Grocery Stocker duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, and controlling shrink while working in a safe manner. This position has no required education or experience. The pay range is Min. Wage up to $18/hour (IL Locations Only), with starting pay based on experience, internal equity, and scope of responsibility. Niemann Foods Management retains the discretion to add to or change the position requirements at any time. Position requirements may vary by store location.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and associates.
Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
Customer service skills

Forklift/Power Industrial Truck Training may be required – provided at store level
