Grocery Stockers at Healthy Living are responsible for the maintenance of all products on the sales floor and in our back stock area, as well as light merchandising of our end caps and various displays throughout the Grocery Department. The position requires a high attention to detail, the ability to self-manage a task list and prioritize effectively. Thanks to our Grocery Stockers our guests receive the best experience possible when they walk into the store from 7am until we close. The Ideal Candidate will: Act as a “Guest Ambassador” and ensures that all guests are approached, and assisted in a warm, friendly and welcoming way. Ensure orders are properly stocked: dairy, frozen, packaged goods, and that all product is neatly and accurately placed on shelves, allowing for proper facings according to shelf tags and signage. Continually organize back stock to ensure all products lacking shelf space availability are organized and maintained. This is a Full-Time or Part-Time position with a minimum and maximum range of $15.50 - $16.29 Staff at Healthy Living enjoy: Generous store discount: 20% off center store items and cafe, 30% off wellness, 20% off wine, and 10% off beer Full-time staff accrue 2 weeks PTO, 3 weeks after 1 year of service Part-time staff accrue up to 40 hours of sick time a year Health Insurance, for single health benefits employee pays 25%, company pays 75%.
