About The Position

Just Food Co-op in Northfield, MN is looking to hire a Part-time AM Grocery Stocker to engage with customers while they stock the shelves with product. This is NOT a seasonal position. Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged walking, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching.
Love working with people.
Good at looking at dates and numbers.
Thrive in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers while stocking shelves with product.
Stock products on the shelves when the delivery arrives.
Use excellent customer service skills to make guests feel welcome and encourage repeat business.
Greet each customer and ask if they are finding everything okay.
