City Market Co-Op is seeking a Grocery Shift Lead to direct the work of grocery stockers, while keeping all grocery areas well stocked, staffed, and maintained! Requirements
- One year of retail or supervisory experience OR 18 months of customer service experience required.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Knowledge of natural and conventional foods and the food industry helpful.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Grocery sub departments are well stocked, staffed and maintained.
- Assist Grocery Management in communicating policy, tracking employee performance, training, and assigning tasks to employees.
- Provide support to customers and staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with established City Market procedures and practices regarding operations, sales, safety, and security.
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
