About The Position

The Grocery / Refrigeration Clerk at Mother’s Market supports the daily operations of the Grocery and Refrigeration departments by maintaining well-stocked, organized, and high-quality product displays. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Previous grocery or retail experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Stock, rotate, and face grocery and refrigerated products according to company standards
Ensure proper dating, freshness, and temperature control of refrigerated items
Maintain clean, organized shelves, coolers, and backroom areas
Assist customers with product location, questions, and recommendations
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership
Remove expired, damaged, or unsellable products promptly
Support accurate inventory practices and shrink reduction efforts
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and food-handling standards
Promote Mother’s Market values, including wellness, sustainability, and community
Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth store operations
