About The Position
Kimberton Whole Foods is seeking a full-time Grocery & Perishable Flex Team Member to join their team. This role involves assisting with daily operations in the grocery and perishable departments, including receiving, stocking, and customer service. The position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
- Must be available for day shifts, typically starting at 7 am.
- One weekend shift is required per week.
- Ability to assist in receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Skill in inspecting products for accuracy and quality.
- Knowledge of stocking and handling products following time and temperature guidelines.
- Ability to rotate backstock on a first-in, first-out basis.
- Capability to maintain product signage.
- Proficiency in scanning groceries and completing transactions.
- Ability to bag groceries efficiently.
- Willingness to assist in other store areas as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in receiving deliveries, making space for merchandise, and organizing stock.
- Back stocking items efficiently, ensuring they are clearly labeled and dated.
- Inspecting products for accuracy and quality.
- Stocking and handling perishable and grocery items according to guidelines for time and temperature.
- Rotating backstock on a first-in, first-out basis.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product signage in collaboration with Department Heads.
- Assisting the Front End by scanning groceries and completing transactions efficiently.
- Bagging groceries carefully and efficiently.
- Assisting in other areas of the store as needed.
