About The Position

The Grocery Night Clerk is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. This role involves establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return. The clerk will assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals for the department and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Embracing the Customer 1st strategy and encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service are key aspects of this role. The position also requires demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
