About The Position

Field Force Merchandising is seeking part-time retail service merchandisers to work on an ongoing Kroger program, with work beginning immediately. This permanent part-time independent contractor position requires two service calls per week, every Tuesday and Friday. Several stores in the area need coverage, with additional openings available on other programs.

Each visit is estimated to take 30–60 minutes. Merchandisers change point-of-sale (POS) materials on self-standing refrigeration and/or freezer units, and during promotional visits change out POS materials and product. They also stock the units and verify that they are functioning properly. Service visits must be completed on the dates specified by the client, by the end date of the cycle, and reported on the same day as service.

Requirements

• Have a phone capable of taking photos of completed work and uploading them to the service call report.

Responsibilities

• Complete two service calls per week, every Tuesday and Friday, on the dates specified by the client.
• Change POS materials on self-standing refrigeration and/or freezer units.
• During promotional visits, change out POS materials and product.
• Stock the units with product.
• Verify that the units are functioning properly.
• Complete service visits by the end date of the cycle and report the work on the same day.
• Take photos of completed work and upload them to the service call report.
