About The Position

This is a full-time, night shift position focused on maintaining grocery store shelves, displays, and overall store presentation. The role involves stocking products, executing merchandising projects, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment. The Grocery Merchandiser will also interact with customers, assist with product inquiries, and collaborate with store management and team members to achieve daily goals. The use of technology for time tracking and work reporting is required, along with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Adaptability to changing priorities and a focus on high-quality work are essential.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region.

Nice To Haves

Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.
