As a Grocery Lead Stocker, you’ll help keep shelves stocked, inventory organized, and displays customer-ready while supporting daily grocery operations in a fast-paced store environment.
Requirements
- Previous stocking, grocery, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible full-time availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and rotate grocery products to maintain fresh, full shelves
- Unload and process deliveries efficiently and accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with product ordering
- Set up displays and merchandising to support sales and promotions
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Assist customers with product questions and locating items
- Support daily grocery department operations and team productivity
- Help direct crew members and support the Grocery Manager when needed
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and box cutters safely
- Follow inventory rotation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures
