About The Position

Fred Meyer, which merged with The Kroger Company in 1998, is seeking a GROCERY/DEPT LEADER. This role is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the department. The position supports the day-to-day functions of Grocery operations and requires embracing the Customer 1st strategy, encouraging associates to deliver excellent customer service, and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Fred Meyer operates over 120 stores in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska.
