About The Position

The Grocery/Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the department. This role supports the day-to-day functions of Grocery operations, embraces the Customer 1st strategy, and encourages associates to deliver excellent customer service while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
