About The Position

The Grocery/Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, and directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the department. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Grocery department, embraces the Customer 1st strategy, and encourages associates to deliver excellent customer service while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
  • Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the department.
  • Support the day-to-day functions of the Grocery operations.
