GROCERY/DEPT LEADER
About The Position
The GROCERY/DEPT LEADER is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment to encourage customer returns. This role involves directing and supervising all functions, duties, and activities for the department, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of the Grocery department. The leader is expected to embrace the Customer 1st strategy, encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service, and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
