About The Position

Fred Meyer, which merged with The Kroger Company in 1998, is seeking a Grocery Clerk to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. The role involves establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment, assisting the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals, and monitoring quality assurance standards. The position requires embracing the Customer 1st strategy, encouraging excellent customer service, and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Fred Meyer operates over 120 stores in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska, and as part of The Kroger family, aims to bring diverse teams together with the purpose of feeding the human spirit through food and creating amazing experiences for customers, communities, and employees.
