Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic math proficiency, familiarity with ten-key/calculator, and comfortable using computers.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and proactively work independently.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior retail experience
  • Knowledge of Asian products

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, assist customers in locating products, offer product information, process special orders, and perform price checks.
  • Fill grocery shelves as needed, ensuring proper procedures and cleanliness.
  • Face up products and maintain shelf appearance daily.
  • Monitor product movement, maintain adequate stock levels, and remove expired or damaged items promptly.
  • Notify supervisor of pricing inaccuracies, UPC codes, or incorrect signage.
  • Accurately check and receive incoming products, store items appropriately, and maintain the area's cleanliness.
  • Break down delivery pallets and sort out products on designated isles.
  • Continuously learn about products to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
