About The Position
This is a part-time position for a Grocery Clerk at the Stony Plain Food Store. The role involves providing excellent customer service, stocking and organizing products, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with deliveries, and performing other duties as required. Requirements
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic approach to work
- Efficient and accurate when working in a busy environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Alberta Driver's License
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Open availability is an asset
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service to customers in the department
- Stock and face products in the grocery department
- Maintain a display of products ensuring facing, filling and organization of products meets company standards
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all workspaces
- Assist with deliveries and pick-ups
- Other duties as required
