About The Position

Join the Festival Foods team as a Grocery Stocker! As a Grocery Clerk, your role stocking makes grocery shopping easy & enjoyable for guests. You'll help keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized—ensuring guests can find what they need quickly and easily. Your attention to detail and friendly service help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and supported. Requirements

A helpful attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Awareness of safety requirements and policies, including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety.
Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, fork lift, walk-behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided).

Responsibilities

Providing excellent guest service, including greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
Stocking aisles, ensuring products are fresh, in-date, properly rotated, and well-stocked.
Assisting guests in locating products, providing suggestions and alternatives.
Unloading deliveries, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Collaborating with the Grocery Department Manager and Grocery associate team to meet goals.
Maintaining a clean, sanitized, tidy, and well-maintained department.
Addressing guest concerns with care and professionalism.
Ensuring shelves are fully stocked by designated times.
Maintaining regular, timely attendance and providing adequate notice for absences.
Performing other duties as assigned.
