About The Position

This temporary position involves grinding and sanding defects out of parts to meet customer and Crow Precision Components specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 3 years of experience in manufacturing and operations is required
• Ability to read and comprehend a variety of instructions and standard operating procedures
• Strong analytical skills and practical problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working with management and making presentations will be required
• Self-motivated and ability to work well with others
• Must have at least 1-3 years experience

Responsibilities

• Perform precision smoothing, sharpening, polishing metals parts
• Use hand tools and apply knowledge of abrasives and grinding procedures
• Operate Wheelabrator
• Monitor for quality parts thought out the production run
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols
• Perform related tasks as directed by supervisor
