About The Position

This role is responsible for operating a grinder machine to produce high-quality food products for a wide range of customers. The position is located in Fort Worth, TX, and is a full-time, 1st shift role.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to communicate efficiently in English or Spanish
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Ability to operate a forklift

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience
• Production experience in a packing or grinding department
• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history in the last 12 months

Responsibilities

• Fill out process paperwork
• Demonstrate basic computer/tablet skills/scan gun
• Lift 60 pound frozen blocks of meat into a grinder
• Fill hoppers to correct amounts and monitor materials
• Check machines on regular intervals
• Pack finished products into boxes and bags
• Label, weigh, and verify correct materials
• Stack up to 60 pound boxes
• Ensure food safety and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping
• Maintain a safe working environment
