About The Position

We are seeking experienced manufacturing professionals to join our Rod Department. This position is ideal for candidates with machining, CNC, lathe, or machine setup experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment focused on quality and precision.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or machining experience required
Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Experience with machine setup, adjustments, or troubleshooting preferred
CNC machining, lathe operation, grinder operation, or related machining experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and make adjustments to production machinery
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues
Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments to verify product specifications
Read and interpret work instructions, production documents, and quality standards
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Support machine uptime and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements
Work collaboratively with team members and production leadership to meet daily production goals
