Requirements

  • Good oral communication skills
  • Be able to multi task
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Grinding metal using grinder machine, sander, and time saver.
  • Use small hand tools such as wrenches and pneumatic grinders.
  • Prepping parts prior to outside process
  • Sustains 5S in workstations.
  • Practices ESL’s core values on a daily basis
  • Use lean practices and processes to keep department efficient
  • Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook
  • Perform other duties/tasks as assigned
  • Follow safety procedures and wear required Proper Protective Equipment
