Requirements

Comfort working with fiberglass, resins, and composite materials (PPE provided)
Physical ability to lift, bend, grind, and work in dusty or warm conditions
Experience using grinders, trimmers, or other cutting tools preferred
Detail-oriented mindset — every edge, seam, and trim line matters
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet production goals

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in composites, construction, or automotive work is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Trim and grind fiberglass components to specified shapes and tolerances using air tools, saws, and grinders
Smooth edges, remove excess material, and prep surfaces for assembly or finish
Maintain accuracy by following work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
Inspect finished parts for quality, completeness, and fit
Keep tools in good condition and maintain a safe, clean work environment
Handle materials with care and attention to both safety and quality
