As a Grind Team Employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency and quality standards of our production or manufacturing processes. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical tools and machinery.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control techniques.
  • Safety awareness and the ability to follow protocols.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Familiarity with grinding machines and measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control processes.

Responsibilities

  • Operate grinding machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
  • Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and tolerances.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of grinding equipment.
