Responsibilities

  • Operate grinding machines and related equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
  • Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of grinding equipment to prevent downtime and extend machine life.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and meet daily production targets.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
